The City of Springfield invites you to see the new design for Franklin Blvd from McVay Hwy to Mississippi Ave. Phase 1 construction, from McVay Hwy to Mississippi Ave., is anticipated to begin summer 2016. No residences will be displaced by the road design and construction.
