The vision for Franklin Boulevard is moving forward as we begin to plan for Phase 2. The first phase of Franklin Boulevard was completed in 2018 and has been in service for three years. Phase 1 included two new roundabouts and improvements for pedestrian and bicycle access. The City is continuing to work on the corridor and is focusing on Phase 2 from Mississippi Avenue to just east of Henderson Avenue as well as Franklin Blvd (Hwy 225).
